Emergency Childcare Program

EMERGENCY CHILDCARE PROGRAM:
In an effort to assist families still reporting to work during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Colonie Youth Center is providing emergency childcare as follows:
     CURRENT LOCATION: Ciccotti Center, 30 Aviation Rd., Colonie
     LOCATION EFF JUNE 8TH:  15 Avis Drive, Latham
     DATES: Present – June 19th
     HOURS: 7:00am – 5:00pm
     FEE: $40/child per day
     GRADES: Kindergarten – 6
     Additional Info:
  • Space is limited and filled on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • Regular summer programming through the Colonie Youth Center will begin on Monday June 22nd
  • Breakfast & lunch provided by North & South Colonie School Districts
  • Snack provided by Colonie Youth Center
  • Transportation is not provided.
  • Structured program including self-directed educational time, gym time, arts & crafts
  • There will be no access to the aquatic center.
  • Electronic devices are permissible; Wi-Fi will be available.
